Susil Kumar Gupta

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant who qualified in 1999 and has since expanded his expertise by obtaining several additional qualifications. In March 2004, he qualified for the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA), and he has also completed the Certificate Course in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Additionally, he cleared the Insolvency Professionals Examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) in 2016. His impressive academic record includes being the 2nd rank holder in B.Com. (Hon's) from Utkal University, where he was awarded the national scholarship for the financial years 1996-97 and 1997-98. He has extensive experience in the banking and financial sector, which includes audits of banks (Central Statutory Audit, Branch Statutory Audit, Concurrent Audits including Treasury & Forex operations), mutual funds, and non-banking finance companies. Moreover, he has provided project advisory services to a diverse range of industries such as Gems & Jewellery, Real Estate Projects, Power including renewable energy, Steel, Road, Rice Mill, Graphite Beneficiation Plant, Oil Mill, Semi-Automatic Brick Plant, Pharmaceuticals, Transport, Maize Flakes, Solvent Extraction, Edible Oil Refining, Spring Leaf, Vermicelli, Hotel, Tyre Retreading, Coal, Biscuit, Flour Milling, Construction/Flats, Spinning Mill, Sponge Iron, and many more sectors.

Anita Gupta

She obtained her Chartered Accountant qualification in 2008 and is currently a Fellow Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the equity market. In addition, she completed her M.Com and LLB exams in 1998 and 1999 respectively. She has also completed a Certificate course in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD) and Concurrent Audit of banks, both of which were conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Her previous work experience includes working in the Auditing Department of Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd., the Finance Department of Purvi Bharat Steel Limited, and as an Audit Manager in one of the leading Chartered Accountant firms before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Currently, she is a Partner in a leading Chartered Accountant Firm where she manages Statutory and Internal audits in the financial sector. She has excellent proficiency in Windows, Office applications, Internet applications, and various accounting packages such as Tally, Ex, and FOXPRO, and has also worked with ERP packages like SAP. Her expertise in structured products enables her to provide clients with the best financial solutions for their specific needs.
